Aeyuu’s world-changers

These nine are the people who left their mark upon history, be it recorded or left to appreciation. Each of their life’s Tale has played an integral part in Aeyuu’s construction or destruction.

What their future may hold, however, will remain uncertain until Aeyuu’s own Tale, The Age of Silence, is one day told.

Aneskia

Syrilae youth in search of answers

One choice; one single choice is all it took for Aneskia to set her life onto a path of slow, unwitting destruction.

Will she one day find redemption and a way to revive what was lost, or will she succumb as well to the power that took everything from her?

Her Tale will one day be told in The Age of Silence.

Kooga

Who even knows what he is

Born to a mother who had been itching for years to kill him, Kooga has known nothing but suffering and hate for his entire, short life. A life he wishes he’d never been given.

But beneath violence beats a fragile heart only longing to be loved, as well as the soul of an ancient Blackness that should never have existed.

Will he remain on a path of destruction, or will he discover there is more to life than death?

Ine

Cannibal sweetheart

Ine has long forgotten her real name, but a storyteller needs a name to call her creations by, especially such a unique creature as this kind-hearted, love-loving Denumbra.

However, when her brother Zool disappeared, Ine’s mentality shifted. Aware of her own weakness, she still decided to step away from the sidelines and to go against a threat even greater than the Goddess from which she was born.

Kassandra

Hate-filled Vampire bitch

For as long as Kassandra has lived, and she has lived for a few centuries, all that she has known is the pure ecstasy of power and blood. Death was her middle name (but not really), and her eyes, of an unnatural pink hue, an open threat.

Yet, Kassandra died one day, by the very hands she’d often thought of breaking – just for kicks. Just to get this unrelenting hate in her heart to shut up for just one second.

The hate only grew stronger.

Nalyn

Elshir ex-warrior, now-wanderer

Nalyn has always known war. From surviving on the cutthroat streets of Gilfen to being forcefully enrolled into the Elshir army, Nalyn never really knew a moment’s peace – peace being a notion foreign to him to begin with.

But war took its toll, both physically and mentally, until Nalyn and what remained of his squad deserted to the Human Empire – lands and people they had pillaged for years.

There, for the first time in his life, Nalyn knew fleeting peace.

Devon

Streetsmart bookvamp

A man far older than his looks might concede, Devon has learned in time that the world is made out of suffering and death. The few women he cared about died in horrible ways. His heart one day broke, and never mended.

So Devon left care and love behind, to focus on but a single goal: to rid the world of necromancers, to him the root of all evils.

He sought out death and always found it, but what he truly sought he never managed to accept.

Kristofa

He matters from a distance

Kristofa is one of those inconspicuous people who, one day, through consequential decisions, twist their life into the tapestry of History.

And if he be remembered among some Syrilae for one thing, it is for aiding in corrupting the Ansai line and, so doing, condeming the Syrilae race.

Yet Kristofa doesn’t regret his choices. In his eyes, had he done nothing, then the Syrilae race truly would’ve died out. If they need to hate someone, then he’ll shoulder that burden, alone.

Idora

Necrolorian anomaly

Idora died when her master’s home was invaded by his former experiments. Her skull was crushed between a wall and a war hammer, her master’s home burned to the ground. Both of them rose again – he as a Necromancer, she as his Necromant.

Since then, and since before then, Idora followed her master unconditionally, serving her master’s Master without doubt or hesitation.

Until her vessel’s heart was burned back to life. Emotions began to creep into her veins. Doubt, as well, began to emerge.

Sorasiehn

She dead, but she matter

There are Syrilae who whisper amongst themselves that Ansai Sorasiehn single-handedly ruined the Ansai lineage. After all, she is the one who gave birth to Nefahtil, a woman hated over her own hatred.

And perhaps it is true that Sorasiehn ruined the Ansai lineage. But in her eyes, she only perpetuated her mother’s legacy – a life of justice and duty, which Sorasiehn soaked in vengeance and bloodshed.

It is her life, and her decisions, that helped pave the way towards The Age of Silence.
